As soon as l put this on it cut into my other fingers if it went side ways. I went to this store in April to explain, their service was very unacceptable,they told me l would have to pay to fix the problem, l explained it was only a few weeks since my husband bought it. The girl l spoke to called the manager, she was less than helpful. I left the store very unhappy, but what made it worse is the fact that l was in a wheelchair, obviously when one is in a wheelchair you are deaf!!! they thought l was a big joke and spoke about it within ear shot and started to laugh. I said "dont you dare speak behind my back" and just left. I have since paid R450.00 at another jeweller to make it possible to ware this ring. I think you need to address this sort of service, l for one,plus people l have told will aviod this store in future.
